COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL INITIATIVE 

The Carolina Crusaders are the Metro's longest running minor league basketball organization! Featuring both a men's and women's post-college team, the Crusaders offers post-college athletes the opportunity to continue their on-the-court career development by placing them on a competitive and internationally respected platform to procure the statistics needed to receive overseas contracts. Likewise, the Crusaders also gives post-college athletes the opportunity to give back to surrounding communities through family-friendly entertainment, community service and by providing career development training and connections for players who seek to further their athletic careers through positions geared towards serving the youth.

GRAD Athletics partners with minor league teams and leagues in order to assist in increasing their presence in their local communities! Stay tuned for events that we are hosting and co-hosting with our many partners!

This program provides opportunities for all students to get the skill development training that they need! From elite & position camps, to developmental camps for those who are just beginning, GRAD has everything you need to get to your next level and build your confidence!

This opportunity is created, designed and customized specifically for college students who are interested in sports management related fields! GRAD is able to provide flexible hands-on experience, and we've worked with many colleges & universities in the past for official internships for course credit! 

This recruiting service is not a ranking service! This program seeks to educate, equip and expose recruitable athletes AND their parents so that they can increase their opportunities to gain college scholarships! GRAD offers a host of educational sessions, including 1-v-1 calls and meetings with players and parents, and also hosts private workouts for Unsigned Seniors. 

Creating opportunities is a priority for GRAD, but not just on the court! Many students struggle to grasp and progress in mathematics! Our team is equipped with the knowledge paired with the same athletic developmental concepts to help your student gain more confidence and capability with their math work!

GRAD Athletics, outside of its partnership with minor league organizations and teams, offers our own sequences of tryouts and professional combines to assist post-college athletes in finding their next opportunity on the court!

The First Annual GRAD Athletics Classic Girl's Basketball Thanksgiving Tournament was held in November 2024! 12 teams participated, and there was a plethora of talented players and great competition between games! Stay tuned for information for the 2025 Classic!
